When Purchasing From Lighthouse

When buying from Lighthouse our Purchasers can feel safe with the knowledge:

• We have successfully completed over 70 Projects including in excess of 2000 Residential Dwellings with a combined value in excess of NZ$1b.

•  We have over 35 years Industry experience.

•  We have an established and credible track record of proceeding with Projects sold “Off Plan”. We have never elected to cancel a Residential Sale and Purchase Agreement.

•  We have never increased a Sale and Purchase Agreement price over that in the original agreement.

•   Our Sale and Purchase Agreements do not include Sunset Clauses that can be cancelled by the Developer.

•  All deposits are held in Solicitors Trust Accounts until Units are fully completed with CCC and Titles issued.

•  We build with meticulous attention to Code and focus on the detail you can’t see not just that on display. Quality of finish is of the utmost importance to us.

•  We use only the highest calibre of Industry recognized Consultants on our Projects and strive to utilize the same Consultants on every Project.
